International Projects
Erasmus+
Erasmus+ is the EU’s programme to support education, training, youth and sport in Europe. Its budget of €14.7 billion will provide opportunities for over 4 million Europeans to study, train, gain experience, and volunteer abroad.
PERSPECTIVE
The project is being implemented within the framework of the Erasmus+ project "Perspective". Project no. 2023-1-SE01-KA220-VET-000156500
The concept of being “different” raises questions. Is it about divergent thinking and behavior? Or perhaps it’s simply about embracing our true selves without judgment or comparison. Despite this, a pervasive social stigma persists due to misconceptions about individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Creating change begins with awareness. Engaging in ongoing conversations - sometimes challenging but always honest - leads to social innovation and tangible impact. We must consider the perspectives of those with ASD and encourage others to reevaluate their own viewpoints. This shift can transform education, the job market, and society at large.
Through the Erasmus+ project “Perspective,” we collaborated with organizations and change-makers to provide fresh insights and practical tools to enable education professionals, companies. Together, we aim to foster an inclusive environment that meets the unique needs of people with ASD.
Let’s continue fostering understanding and empathy at the work palce!
The Innovative Vocational Education for Autism (IVEA)
The Innovative Vocational Education for Autism (IVEA) project aims at fostering social inclusion of people with autism through employment by developing a European holistic guide.
PROPAR
This is an ERASMUS + strategic, exchange of good practices project.
There are 4 participants:
Mars Autism Foundation - Hungary
Autism Serbia - Serbia
JiM Foundation - Poland
The Key Association - Romania
The main goal is to explore how other associations (foundations) in different countries are supporting the families with an autistic (or other developmental disorder) member. Are they searching and connecting them proactively? Is there any structure to keep the connection with them? What channel/method is used during the communication with the families? What kind of support the families mostly need? How the partners are collecting the needs?
